Take a break and reflect

Isaiah 44:23 Shout for joy, O heavens, for the LORD has done it! Shout joyfully, you lower parts of the earth; Break forth into a shout of joy, you mountains, O forest, and every tree in it; For the LORD has redeemed Jacob And in Israel He shows forth His glory.

At any point in your life if you ever feel overwhelmed by the world around you, take a step back and look at how far God has been with you. The stresses and pressure of this day are enough to break someone down and unless we let God help us in this path, we are done. We don't wrestle with flesh and blood but principalities of the dark. We are what we are because God fights some battles for us without us even being aware of it.
